Rachel Sullivan, Intern

Location(s): Lynnwood

Hi there! I received a B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from Western Washington University in 2017. Currently, I am enrolled in a CACREP accredited mental health counseling graduate program at Central Washington University. I have completed three quarter-length practicum courses in my graduate program in which I counseled a diverse range of students and community members. Additionally, I have experience working in group settings and working with the LGBTQ+ community. Overall, I have one year of experience as a counselor-in-training working directly with clients.

I use a variety of therapeutic models depending on your counseling needs. Some examples being narrative, cognitive behavioral therapy, and humanistic theories. Counseling is a collaborative process between a client and counselor. You are the expert of your life and I am here to walk with you in your growth journey! Our therapeutic relationship is the foundation for your growth, and I strive to create a safe, comfortable space for all.
