I want you to have a meaningful life full of joy and hope, free from the overwhelming stress you may be feeling.

When desiring change, taking the first step can feel overwhelming...  “What do I do? Where do I start?” I will provide a safe and supportive place where you can begin that journey.  When you start to understand your thoughts, feelings, attitudes, and behaviors you can begin to make purposeful choices that will bring about the changes in your life that you desire.

We will look at your past and how it has shaped who you have become. We will look at the deeper issues that impact your everyday life.   You have capabilities and strengths that we will identify that will help promote emotional healing and personal growth and help you gain a fresh new perspective.

I work with adults who need help with coping skills, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship issues, self esteem, spirituality, traumas and PTSD, women’s issues, and stress.

I use an integrative approach to therapy utilizing Lifespan Integration, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral, and Solution Focused Therapy.
