In times of struggle, life and emotions can begin to feel unmanageable and take over our lives, making it difficult to show up as our best selves. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and graduate of Antioch University, I aim to support you through an integrative approach to healing and rediscovering the best version of yourself, on your own terms.
I utilize a variety of different modalities that allow flexibility and support growth. These approaches include a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Existential Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
I have used this integrative style to assist clients through a variety of concerns they have struggled to overcome. I have over 10 years combined experience in crisis intervention, community mental health, intakes, and case management. During this time I have worked with clients on topics including the following:
-Relationships (Including non-traditional relationship styles)
-Emotional Management
-Anxiety
-Depression
-Trauma
-Attachment
-Suicidal Ideation
-Significant Life Changes/Transitions
