The goal of my practice is to meet my clients where they are in their struggle and collaboratively work towards treatment goals together. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to help children, individuals, couples and families cope with challenges such as depression, anxiety, loss and grief, trauma, sexual abuse, relationship/parenting issues, communication concerns, school problems, ADHD, behavioral issues and more.
I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental therapy environment where my clients can openly share their fears, deepest thoughts and feelings.
It is my intention to help empower my clients to find peace within in order to live a full and vibrant life. I am here to listen to your story, to help you sort through the parts that are troubling, and provide you with tools to make lasting changes.
