The depression support group focuses on skill building. You will learn how to cope with depression using various techniques, including mindfulness and stress reduction. This is an open group. Come see what it is like to be part of a supportive community!
Who: Adults ages 18 and up
What: Come learn new coping skills and connect with others.
When: Fridays from 2:30-4:00 pm.
