My name is Angela Frank and I am a person-centered, strengths-based, solution-oriented licensed mental health counselor. Therapy sessions are geared toward not just creating a better future, but a better now. I believe you, the client, are the expert of your own life and that you possess the answers within yourself. During sessions, I act as a guide to help you navigate toward a resolution that best fits your needs. Therapy isn’t a walk in the park; it can include some really tough conversations and now, you are not alone in the work. I feel honored and privileged to create a place of trust with you where your innermost thoughts and feelings are heard, respected, and valued. Our work together includes goals of a higher self-esteem, improved coping abilities, and to increase a sense of choice in your life.
