Angela Frank, MA, LMHC

Masters of Arts, Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Location(s): Everett

My name is Angela Frank and I am a person-centered, strengths-based, goal-oriented licensed mental health counselor. Therapy sessions are geared toward not just creating a better future, but a better now. I believe you, the client, are the expert in your own life and that you possess the answers to the dilemmas you face within yourself. In session, I act as a guide on your journey utilizing psychoeducation to help you make an informed decision about your current circumstances and an understanding of where you want to go from here. We explore your past as a tool to help you better understand your present. There may be some tough conversations along the way and I am here to support you in making the changes that are meaningful to you. During sessions, you may see me pull out card decks, flip charts, worksheets, and/or a white board to help us to identify and understand what those changes are and why they are meaningful. I feel honored and privileged to create a place of trust with you where your innermost thoughts and feelings are heard, respected, and valued.  Our work together includes a primary goal of helping you be your ideal self – the version of “you” that you strive to be and is possible to become. The “you” you want to be remembered as by the people who mean the most to you.

I work with individual adults (18+) on issues including:

  • Work stress and career related issues
  • Burnout
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Relationship issues
  • Family issues
  • Grief and loss
  • Adjustment and life transition issues
