Position: Mental Health Counselor (fully licensed or associate)

Location: Everett and/or Lynnwood (hiring at both locations)

Openings: Multiple.  Part time only in Lynnwood.  Full time or part time in Everett.

Cedar Valley Counseling is a small group practice that serves the entire community through a combination of Telehealth and in-person services. We accept all 5 Medicaid contracts in the area as well as most commercial insurances. We strive to provide a more personalized experience for clients and clinicians alike. If you have a heart for the Medicaid population and desire to serve the community with the most need without the stressors of community mental health, we are a good fit for you.

Currently, Cedar Valley Counseling is seeking several mental health counselors for a minimum of two days a week. There is on site supervision if you are an LMHC-A or other associate licensed counselor.  However, we do not have LICSW supervisors at this time.

Cedar Valley takes extra effort to allow clinicians to assist in building their case load, no one has too many clients with the same presenting problems unless this is your desire. A variety in case load keeps things interesting and avoids burnout for clinicians. Start and end times are set with the therapists best work life balance in mind. Our environment is warm and casual. Paperwork is reasonable and focused on what is necessary to ensure quality care.

There is a lot of support through Cedar Valley Counseling for clinical needs. We have a solid community of clinicians from a variety of backgrounds providing day to day connection and consult.

Cedar Valley does all the training needed for connecting with clients, adequately documenting sessions, and submitting clean billing paperwork.

We are currently seeking clinicians primarily for our Everett address but are also open to a part time clinician for our Lynnwood office and/or both locations.
