Cedar Valley Counseling is currently seeking 1 full time and 1 part time (24 hours – 3 days a week) clinicians, (LMHC or LMHC-A,) for the Everett location.
We are currently looking for multiple full or part time (minimum 3 days a week) positions at our Everett office. Anyone from recently graduated associates to fully licensed (LMHC) providers are encouraged to apply. *Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept Associate level clinical social workers or MFTs.
We are a small group practice located just outside of downtown Everett with a focus on community support. If you prefer to focus on clients and leave work at work, CVC is a good community- we have your back. Cedar Valley Counseling supports a positive working environment with a lot of freedom for therapists to form long term therapeutic alliances with clients, using a wide range of modalities, in an ethical and richly professional manner.
We offer multiple pay models to meet individual needs, including the opportunity for 1099 independent contracting for those with full licensure (LMHC).
We serve the mental health needs of the community in the broadest scope possible. Cedar Valley Counseling holds all 5 Medicaid contracts in the area as well as a number of commercial insurance contracts. If you have a heart for the Medicaid population and desire to serve the community with the most need without the stressors of community mental health we are a good fit for you. Cedar Valley also serves clients with commercial insurance.
Cedar Valley takes extra effort to allow clinicians to assist in building their case load with the clients and diagnoses they are most passionate about, believing the right fit is imperative to a long term clinical and positive therapeutic relationship. Start and end times are set with the therapists best work life balance in mind. CVC environment is warm and casual and supportive. We have reasonable and ethical documentation of services utilizing the EHR system TherapyNotes.
We offer a combination of Telehealth and in person services to our clients but do require clinicians to work on site. The goal is to build a community so no provider feels alone.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide behavioral therapy and psychotherapy to clients, utilizing various modalities such as ACT, CBT, DBT
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health counseling.
There is a lot of support through Cedar Valley Counseling for clinical needs. We have a solid community of clinicians providing day to day connection as well.
Cedar Valley does all the training needed for connecting with clients, adequately documenting sessions and submitting clean billing paperwork.
