My daily work and goals for Cedar Valley Counseling are informed by my education from Mars Hill Graduate School (2004, now Seattle School of Theology and Counseling), as well as my life experience. I tend to be a very present-focused therapist. As owner and director of Cedar Valley Counseling, challenges are faced with hope and grace, and setbacks are viewed as opportunities.
I am proud that we serve the mental health needs of the community in the broadest scope possible. Cedar Valley Counseling holds all 5 Medicaid contracts in the area as well as a number of commercial insurance contracts. Our team has a heart for all client populations and desire to serve the entire community.
I look for ways to reach out to and engage clients at Cedar Valley Counseling and help them identify what brings them joy and purpose. I strive to produce a positive and welcoming environment for clients and my goal is to be contracted with most insurances to reduce barriers to care.
