Hello, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and National Certified Counselor who obtained my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Whitworth University in 2012. I have counseled in Spokane, Moses Lake and other rural towns in Eastern Washington over the past several years. I have worked with adults, couples, families and teens to assist in the betterment of their mental health and achievement of their personal goals and wellbeing.
I believe in building relationships based on trust and acceptance. We are all worthy of love and have the capacity for growth in our lives, sometimes we just need a little help getting started or help getting over a barrier to self-actualization. My goal is to help clients let go of the past, define what is important to them, and live a life aligned with their values. I believe in individualized care tailored to fit each client and their goals. Whether it is coping with a sudden life-change or transitions, tackling difficult life challenges or getting unstuck, I would be honored to help you find solutions and learn the skills you need to improve your life.
