Hello there! I am Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). I graduated with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2021 and obtained my Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2018 from Western Washington University.
I am passionate about multicultural sensitivity and inclusivity and emphasize the importance of whole-person wellness. Humans are complex beings with emotional, physical, spiritual, and cultural needs with unique experiences. I find it important to incorporate a holistic understanding and collaborative approach to treatment to foster whole-person wellness. I am committed to holding a safe space for individuals to be their true authentic selves and foster unconditional positive regard in the therapeutic relationship.
I use an eclectic theoretical orientation to personalize and adapt treatment to meet my client’s needs. I have experience in a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, and existential therapy. I use person-centered and trauma-focused at the core of my work. I also enjoy working with adolescents and individual adults on a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, etc.
